The company will release “Kill Code” on July 24. The deal was closed at Cannes, with Voltage Pictures and The Exchange involved in the film’s sales and distribution efforts.

“Kill Code” is set in a crime-ravaged future where a power-hungry corporation has taken over the conventional prison system and made the criminals the new law enforcers. The owner of this corporation, nanoscientist Eion Prescott (Keitel), created a deadly nano-virus which is distributed through lethal watches. These prisoners, soon infected with the virus, are forced to eliminate each other in exchange for their own freedom.

“’Kill Code’ is built for audiences who want action, adventure, and a world that feels dangerous from the first frame,” said Price. “We wanted to create a film that sits between cyberpunk, survival action, and character-driven sci-fi. Quiver recognized this vision behind ‘Kill Code,’ the world-building and experience we want to deliver and we are excited to bring the film to audiences this summer.”
