After closing out the second round of the 2026 NBA Playoffs, the Cleveland Cavaliers take on the New York Knicks for the Eastern Conference Finals crown on the road to the NBA Finals in June. Since the No. 3-seed Knicks have the better regular season record, New York has home court advantage and hosts the No. 4-seed Cavs.
