The show was originally announced with a straight-to-series order last year in a competitive situation. The logline states that it “follows a man (Yeun) who becomes the sole caretaker of his two children after the tragic loss of his wife. While his son is typical, his daughter, Alice, is anything but. What starts as a strained father-daughter relationship soon evolves into something far more sinister.”

The show hails from “Say Nothing” creator Joshua Zetumer, who also serves as showrunner and executive producer. Drew Goddard and Sarah Esberg executive produce via Goddard Textiles, with Jonathan van Tulleken and Erica Kay also executive producing. Yeun and Christina Oh executive produce for Celadon Pictures.
