\nBrad Pitt is on set of the Amazon MGM Studios motorcycle race movie \u201cIsle of Man,\u201d\u00a0starring Channing Tatum and Eve Hewson, on which cameras have started to roll just as the iconic race is taking place.<\/p>\n

\n\tShooting has been underway for roughly a week on the small island nation in the Irish Sea island, where the \u201cIsle of Man\u201d film is being\u00a0directed by\u00a0Reid Carolin and produced by Pitt\u2019s Plan B, Tatum and Carolin\u2019s Free Association and Entertainment 360\u2019s Guymon Casady and Jason Keller.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Isle of Man TT is one of the most famous and deadly races for motorcyclists around the world. The race traces its heritage back to 1907, when road racing was outlawed in England and racers found refuge on the Isle of Man. A single lap of the course is made up of 37.7 miles across the island\u2019s road systems as the bikes tackle country lanes and city streets at speeds up to 200 mph. Since 1903, there have been more than 150 deaths during the race or its practices, including five in 2022.<\/p>\n

\n\tOn Thursday, Pitt mingled with fans at the race\u2019s main grandstand and was photographed next to Italian rider Andrea Majola (pictured above), who is competing. \u201cHe lingered for a long time around Majola\u2019s paddock area to fully immerse himself in the atmosphere of the race,\u201d according to a press release issued by Majola\u2019s team.<\/p>\n

\n\tBesides Tatum and Hewson, the \u201cIsle of Man\u201d cast reportedly comprises Ciar\u00e1n Hinds, May Calamawy, Ruaridh Mollica and \u00c9anna Hardwicke. Carolin wrote the script with Jason Keller (\u201cFord v Ferrari\u201d) and Bryan Johnson.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe film is part of a broader deal struck by the producers with Amazon MGM Studios that also includes a behind-the-scenes docuseries titled \u201cThe Greatest Race on Earth,\u201d shot during the 2024 Isle of Man TT.<\/p>\n
