Argento started working with her father in \u201cTrauma\u201d (1993) followed by her turn in \u201cThe Stendhal Syndrome\u201d (1996).<\/p>\n<p>\n\tIn the international arena, Argento\u2019s vast body of work as an actress comprises collaborations with Patrice Ch\u00e9reau in \u201cQueen Margot\u201d (1994); Abel Ferrara in \u201cNew Rose Hotel\u201d (1998) and \u201cGo Go Tales\u201d 2007); Gus Van Sant in \u201cLast Days\u201d (2005); George A. Romero in \u201cLand of the Dead\u201d (2005); Sofia Coppola in \u201cMarie Antoinette\u201d (2006); Olivier Assayas in \u201cBoarding Gate\u201d (2007); and Catherine Breillat in \u201cThe Last Mistress\u201d (2007). She has starred in blockbusters such as \u201cxXx\u201d (2002), directed by Rob Cohen, and thrillers like Olivier Megaton\u2019s \u201cThe Red Siren\u201d (2002).
