\nJeremy Clarkson is set to return for more episodes of \u201cWho Wants to Be a Millionaire?\u201d and spin-off \u201cMillionaire Hot Seat\u201d following news he is in remission from cancer.<\/p>\n

\n\tU.K. network ITV has ordered 15 episodes of the flagship quiz show as well as 20 episodes of the \u201cHot Seat\u201d spin-off, which launched in January this year and is also hosted by Clarkson. The high-pressure game is given an added twist by requiring contestants to answer questions quickly in a fast-moving queue system or risk being replaced.<\/p>\n

\n\tBoth \u201cWho Wants to Be a Millionaire?\u201d and \u201cMillionaire Hot Seat\u201d are produced by Sony Pictures Television-backed Stellify Media for ITV and its streaming platform ITVX, commissioned by ITV\u2019s Katie Rawcliffe, Kevin O\u2019Brien and David Smyth. \n\t\u201cThe \u2018Millionaire\u2019 brand continues to deliver for ITV audiences and \u2018Millionaire Hot Seat\u2019 has brought an exciting new energy to the format,\u201d Rawcliffe said in a statement. \u201cThe combination of Jeremy Clarkson\u2019s hosting and the high-pressure gameplay has proved a winning formula, so we\u2019re delighted to be bringing both \u2018Millionaire Hot Seat\u2019 and \u2018Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?\u2019 back for more episodes.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tClarkson will shoot both shows later this year. The journalist turned television personality recently revealed on the latest season of his Prime Video series \u201cClarkson\u2019s Farm\u201d that he had been diagnosed with an \u201caggressive\u201d form of prostate cancer. In a Sunday Times interview last week following the revelation he updated fans that he was now in remission following surgery, calling himself \u201cofficially the world\u2019s luckiest man.\u201d<\/p>\n
