Nina Jacobson and Brad Simpson will executive produce via Color Force, with The New Yorker Studios also executive producing. FX Productions, where Color Force is under an overall deal, will produce. <\/p>\n<p>\n\tReps for FX declined to comment. <\/p>\n<p>\n\tShould the project go to series, it would be the latest in Jacobson and Simpson\u2019s extensive relationship with FX. The first installment was \u201cThe People v. OJ Simpson\u201d in 2016, followed by \u201cThe Assassination of Gianni Versace\u201d in 2018 and \u201cImpeachment\u201d \u2014 about the Bill Clinton\/Monica Lewinsky scandal \u2014 in 2021. <\/p>\n<p>\n\tOther Color Force titles at FX have included the groundbreaking drama series \u201cPose,\u201d which ran for three seasons and featured the largest transgender cast ever assembled for a scripted TV series. That show won numerous awards, including four Emmys and the Golden Globe for Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series \u2013 Drama. <\/p>\n<p>\n\tMost recently, Color Force has produced \u201cAmerican Sports Story: Aaron Hernandez\u201d and \u201cLove Story,\u201d the first season of which focused on the relationship between John F. Kennedy Jr. and Carolyn Bessette.
