Sandberg has been tapped to direct a new psychological horror movie, \u201cMommy\u2019s Home,\u201d for Lionsgate. <\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/relocationobserver.com\/?p=6099\">Jeanie Buss Seeks to Contest Sale of Los Angeles Lakers to Bob Iger and Josh Kushner: Report<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\n\tFrom screenwriter James Morosini, \u201cMommy\u2019s Home\u201d follows \u201ca young dad whose family life becomes terrifyingly unhinged when his cryogenically preserved mom is unfrozen and sent to live with him,\u201d according to an official logline.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tSandberg is probably best known for writing and directing his viral YouTube short turned horror feature \u201cLights Out.\u201d He also helmed \u201cShazam!\u201d and its 2023 sequel. Sandberg and Lotta Losten also produce through their company M\u00e5ngata. Executive producers include Nathan Kahane, Morosini, David Levine, Garrett Kemble and Ryan Schwartz. Scott O\u2019Brien and Maria Ascanio are overseeing the project for Lionsgate.
