\n\tThe \u201cSons of Anarchy\u201d are riding again! Kind of\u2026<\/p>\n

\nFX has ordered the limited series \u201cLegends,\u201d which will bring much of the hit outlaw biker drama\u2019s main cast back together. The series will star Charlie Hunnam, Ron Perlman, Katey Sagal, Maggie Siff, Mark Boone Junior, Tommy Flanagan, Kim Coates, and Theo Rossi. <\/p>\n

\n\tThe logline for the show states, \u201cWhen the cast of \u201cSons of Anarchy\u201d reunites at a fan convention after more than a decade, the line between life and art blurs as the fractured brotherhood finds itself up against a real-world threat more dangerous than anything they ever faced in their show.\u201d <\/p>\n

\n\tHunnam developed the show with Jonathan Groff (\u201cblack-ish,\u201d \u201cHow I Met Your Mother\u201d). Both serve as executive producers along with Rob Mac, Nicholas Frenkel, and Jackie Cohn. The series will be produced by FX Productions and 20th Television.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cWhen Charlie brought us this inspired idea, we instantly sparked to his bold and entertaining vision,\u201d said Nick Grad, FX Entertainment president. \u201cCharlie\u2019s talents are on full display as a writer, performer and executive producer, leading the real-life brotherhood on an adventure that is both a love letter to the series and a fun meta twist on what fans think they know.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cSons of Anarchy,\u201d which was created by Kurt Sutter, proved to be a major early hit for FX as the network was making its push into original scripted dramas nearly 20 years ago. Originally premiering in 2008, the show ran for seven seasons and nearly 100 episodes.<\/p>\n

\n\tHunnam recently received the first Emmy nomination of his career for his starring role in the Netflix anthology series \u201cMonster: The Ed Gein Story.\u201d Aside from \u201cSons of Anarchy,\u201d he also previously starred in the Apple series adaptation of the book \u201cShantaram\u201d as well as shows like \u201cQueer as Folk\u201d and \u201cUndeclared.\u201d In film, he is known for roles in features including \u201cThe Gentlemen,\u201d \u201cPacific Rim,\u201d \u201cTrue History of the Kelly Gang,\u201d \u201cRebel Moon \u2013 Part One: A Child of Fire,\u201d and \u201cThe Lost City of Z.\u201d<\/p>\n
