We deeply appreciate everyone\u2019s concern, support, prayers, and loving energy right now.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\nTMZ was first to report that Thomas suffered a heart attack and that he is under doctors\u2019 care in a Las Vegas hospital, where he\u2019s currently being monitored in the ICU.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThomas has been a heavy-hitter in hip-hop since co-founding Quality Control in 2013 alongside Kevin Lee, better known as Coach K. Over the years, their roster has included City Girls, Lil Baby, Lil Yachty, Rich the Kid, Stefflon Don and many more.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tIn 2023, Quality Control was acquired by Hybe America, led by Scooter Braun, before his departure as CEO in July 2025.
