In addition to Clooney and Burstyn, who are both receiving Venice\u2019s Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement at this year\u2019s edition, French filmmaker Luc Besson is also set to give a masterclass.All talks will begin at 4 p.m., with Clooney\u2019s scheduled for Sept. 3, Besson\u2019s Sept. 6 and Burstyn\u2019s Sept. 8. <\/p>\n<p>\n\tMeanwhile, Guadagnino and \u201cHamnet\u201d director Chlo\u00e9 Zhao will participate in masterclasses presented b Cartier and themed around \u201cThe Art and Craft of Cinema.\u201d Zhao will be in conversation with Polish cinematographer Lukasz Zal, her collaborator on \u201cHamnet,\u201d with the event taking place Sept. 4 at 3:30 p.m. Guadagnino, who will be honored with Cartier\u2019s Glory to the Filmmaker Award during this year\u2019s fest, will deliver his class on Sept. 7 at 3:30 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/relocationobserver.com\/?p=6559\">Hilary Strong Stepping Down From John Gore Studios<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe 83rd Venice Film Festival kicks off on Sept. 2 with the premiere of \u201cInk,\u201d Danny Boyle\u2019s Rupert Murdoch drama starring Jack O\u2019Connell, Guy Pearce and Claire Foy, which is also in the running for the prestigious Golden Lion for best film.
