It will also stream on Paramount+. Gayle King, Tony Dokoupil, CBS News\u2019 senior culture and senior national correspondent Anthony Mason, and a team of CBS journalists will pay tribute to the legendary country music star. CBS News will also have a correspondent on location at Dollywood, in Pigeon Forge, TN.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tPer CBS, the show will \u201cshare new reports on the artist, whose work spans music, television, film and books, and pull from CBS News\u2019 vast archives of interviews with Parton \u2013 including a 2009 \u201960 Minutes\u2019 interview with Morley Safer, a 2023 CBS News \u2018Person-To-Person\u2019 interview with Norah O\u2019Donnell and interviews with Dokoupil and Mason \u2013 and feature additional commentary from country music\u2019s biggest stars and those who knew her best.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>\n\tIn addition, fellow Paramount networks CMT, CMT Music, and Equal Play on Pluto TV will air Parton\u2019s music videos beginning today through tomorrow morning. The announcement came on her official Instagram, with a video from her nephew Bryan Seaver on behalf of the Parton family.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe family\u2019s official obituary stated, \u201cA rhinestone life that shone bright enough for the world to see, Dolly will forever stand as an inspiration not only through her timeless music and prolific songwriting, but also her wit, warmth, and kindness that made us all feel like family. Dolly Parton\u2019s legacy is one of love, compassion, and resilience. With a seven-decade career, she inspired multiple generations of artists and fans with her music and an unwavering commitment to making the world a better place.
