The original\u2019s trailer crossed 9 million views on YouTube within 72 hours of going live, with early episodes drawing upward of 22 million views across multiple markets.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tThe sequel centers on a mother who secretly designed a prison and must go back inside to break out her daughter before an execution set seven days away.<\/p>\n<p>\n\tBing He, head of content at FlareFlow, said: \u201cThis tightly constructed premise anchors the series as a concept-first experience, one that prioritises urgency, emotional stakes and narrative propulsion from its very first moments.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\n\tProduction unfolded across a three-week pre-production window, with primary photography at a shuttered California state prison in Lancaster, where the facility\u2019s cell blocks, exercise yards and medical wings were put to use.
